Introduction:

As a think-tank established in partnership with the Shanghai municipal government, the Center aims to provide Shanghai municipal government with decision-making consultation, subject matter research and market consultation services, and organizes academic seminars, forums and other exchanges in Shanghai. Based in Shanghai, the Center offers services to the Yangtze River Delta region, and carries out theoretical research and policy consultation on a wide array of topics, including macroeconomic analysis, finance and social development. Its work is highly acclaimed by the central government, the Shanghai municipal governemnt and the academia.
