中国社会科学院金融研究所所长、国家金融与发展实验室主任张晓晶研究员领衔的《国家宏观资产负债表管理的重要意义、难点问题和机制创新研究》，定于2025年4月12日9:00-11:30在中国社会科学院金融研究所第一会议室召开开题会。

中国社会科学院金融研究所（以下简称“金融所”）成立于2002年，是中国社会科学院直属的研究机构；其前身为创建于1994年的中国社会科学院金融研究中心。金融所着眼于中国特色金融理论建设，为中国金融发展建言献策。根据工作需要，现以劳动合同聘用制方式招聘科研财务助理1名，有关事项公告如下：

摘要：本研究报告系统分析了发达国家股票市场上市制度特征及其对我国的借鉴意义。在此基础上，有针对性地提出了中国股票市场上市制度的改革方向。报告认为，发达国家股票市场是建立在市场竞争基础上的多元化上市制度，体现出对拟上市企业更好的包容性，值得我国借鉴。但我国股票市场的现实基础，又决定了改革不可能一蹴而就，上市制度改革既要适应当前国内企业特点，也应与我国建设多层次股权融资市场的战略目标相契合。   Abstract：We analyze listing regimes of developed stock markets and their reference meanings on China. On this basis, we raise the reform direction of China stock market's listing regimes. We believe that diversified listing regimes of developed markets depend on better competition environment, and are more inclusive than China stock market. But the condition of China market still can't support the reform completed in a short period. The reform should satisfy present characters of civil firms and targets of constructing multi-level capital market.
